Antique Christofle Soup Ladle - Baguette pattern (Fidelio) - France, 1862-1935
An antique silver-plated soup ladle, produced in the factory of Charles Christofle, Paris. Based on the markings, the spoon can be dated to the period of 1862-1935. This soup ladle is made in the Baguette model. It is still sold today as the Fidelio collection.
In excellent condition. Light, inconspicuous scratches consistent with age, and (polishable) oxidation of the silver.
Marked on the back with [C-90 under Scales-C] for Charles Christofle. This maker's mark was used between 1862 and 1935.
