Gero, Georg Nilsson - Silver Plated Cream and Sugar set - 1940's
A silver-plated cream set in Art Deco style, designed by Georg Nilsson for Gero, Zeist, and made in the 1940s. The lobed sugar bowl and cream jug stand on a rectangular tray with two decorated handles. The last photo shows the set depicted in the Gero catalog of January 1940.
The set is in pristine condition. Only some scratching where the jugs rested on the tray.
The pieces are marked on the underside with [Letter][Gero][90][GN for Georg Nilsson]
