A beautiful antique silver-plated flatware set by Christofle, in the elegant Rubans pattern. The handles are decorated with a charming combination of cross-ribbon motifs and bows, giving the pieces a playful yet refined appearance.
The flatware was produced before 1935 and bears the earlier maker's marks
The set is suitable for six people and consists of:
- 6 dinner spoons — 21 cm / 8.27 in
- 6 dinner knives — 25 cm / 9.84 in
- 6 dinner forks — 21 cm / 8.27 in
- 6 dessert knives — 20.3 cm / 7.99 in
- 6 coffee spoons — 13.7 cm / 5.39 in*
- Ladle
Total: 31 pieces
* The six coffee spoons are not by Christofle. They were made by Orfèvrerie Apollo in a matching pattern, although without the bows.
The flatware is in very good condition, with minor scratches from use consistent with its age. The blades of the knives show some areas of age-related discoloration.
