Large Silver Plated Reniform Serving Tray - Pierced Gallery - England, 20th century
A large and decorative English silver-plated serving tray with an elegant reniform outline and a raised pierced gallery. Standing on four small, round feet, the tray features finely ribbed detailing along its edges, giving it a refined and distinctly English character.
The unusual kidney shape is both attractive and practical, allowing the tray to be held closer to the body when carrying drinks or other items. Its generous size makes it suitable for serving several cups and saucers, refreshments or small treats at once, as well as for decorative display on a sideboard.
The tray is in excellent condition. Please refer to the photographs for a closer impression of its condition.
